Supervisor Stirrup unviels the plaque with Mary Berkeley Stoy, the Great Great Grandaughter of Lt. Col. Edmund Berkeley.
Lt. Col. Edmund had a son Edmund (who also fought in the Civil War as a cadet at New Market). The cadet Edmund had a son Albert who had a son Edmund (an Episcopal Priest) who had a daugther Mary Berkeley who married Bob Stoy. Mary now lives in Dominion Valley.
